The Ocean County YMCA’s Competitive Stroke Clinic is designed for the competitive swimmer who wishes to maintain their aerobic base while continuing to improve their skills in all four competitive strokes.
HIGH SCHOOL CLINICS
The Ocean County YMCA offers two Competitive Stroke Clinics. These clinics are designed for the competitive swimmer who wishes to maintain their aerobic base while continuing to improve their skills in all four competitive strokes. Evaluations are required for anyone who was not on a competitive swim team during the current year.
